THE 8 th ANNUAL BLACK & WHITE NIGHT CELEBRATES DOWNTOWN HILO'S SMALL BUSINESSES

Hilo , HAWAII – It's time again for the annual Black & White Night on Friday, November 7 from 5 to 9 p.m. in Downtown Hilo. Also referred to as “ Hilo 's biggest strolling party,” Black & White Night encourages people to discover Downtown Hilo and support the small businesses that make up the heart of our community.
