People Our Supporting Hilo (POSH) is “walking the walk” in a true Public Private Partnership! POSH is the forward thinking group of individuals, businesses, governmental agencies and non-profit organizations sponsoring four of Hilo’s biggest cultural events.

POSH events are planned and implemented in the spirit of peace, love, harmony, aloha and kokua. These events are free, fun, educational, and have exciting activities for just about everyone.

They are designed to benefit the residents of Hawaii Island and invite visitors to our island as special guests to join us to “look, listen and learn”. Membership in POSH is open to and encouraged in all! Click on “Get Involved” to find out how.
